Meet Raja, she is a female pekingese mix around 6 years old who was found outside as a stray. She is a little nervous when you first meet her, but will warm up and become your bestfriend when offered treats, and is eager to take them from your hand. She would do best in a home as a single dog and older children as she does guard her food. If you are interested in her please fill out an application. (located in Killingly)

Hi; Lucy (Raja), is doing fantastic. I am training her with hand gestures. She has sit, lay down, sit pretty, sit and stay while I put her food down, break/clap means she can eat. She only likes begging strips. Yes, she will nip when you least expect it. The only accident she’s had, was at Walmart. The treats for training at Walmart, despises them. One biscuit treat, she took it and put it on the puppy pad. I put it in her bed and she pushed it, with her nose and paws trying to bury it. Same thing for two other treats too.😂🤣 Today, for the first time, she had zoomies. And, her toy, Mr. Boney, got flung down the stairs. She loves car rides too. Thank you so much for keeping her for me.🌻😎
