Meet Mazuri, a little fighter with a big heart! She is around 3 year old DSH who was found outside in rough shape, suffering from fly strike and needing urgent care. Thanks to some much needed vet attention and whole lot of love, this sweet girl is feeling so much better and now she is ready to find a forever home where she can finally relax. She is incredibly affectionate and friendly, always ready for snuggles and head scratches. She loves curling up in her favorite cozy bed and watching the world go by. I would be interested in learning more about this cat and perhaps visiting the shelter where she is currently living. I am a long-time cat-owner with two indoor males, one 14 and the other 3. I’m hoping to find a young female who likes other cats and who can become the best friend of my younger cat once my older cat passes on (which, unfortunately will happen eventually). I live in Amherst, Mass., but I travel often to Connecticut and can visit to take a look at her. I will need to check with my landlord to find out if he will allow me a third cat, and if you need verification of his permission (once I’ve attained it), I’ll provide it for you. It sounds like this cat has not yet been spayed–is that correct? And are her health problems from the past sufficiently resolved, to your vet’s satisfaction? Thank you.
