Would there be any way to see how Kate might do with our 2+ year old Havanese and our 7+ year old miniature dachshund?
We have a large, fenced-in yard that they could run around in.
As a long-time, former cairn terrier pet parent, I know that terriers can be a bit, well, bossy. So, I wouldn’t want to cause my somewhat timid Havanese any distress.
But, I would love for her to have a playmate, since our dachshund is not interested in playing chasing games, like my Havanese used to enjoy playing with her other dog friends, before we moved out here to Putnam, CT.
