Meet Wilfred, he is a 5 year old male Shih Tzu mix that was found outside as a stray. He is a very sweet boy but is very scared here at the shelter. He has shown no signs of any aggression and does fine with all the animals here at the shelter. He does need to be groomed and we have been actively contacting people to try and get him in for an appointment. If you are interested in this boy please fill out an application. (located in Norwich)

oh this poor little guy is so desperately in need of Grooming for sure, I have reached out to some groomers that I know to see if anybody is available as well. I’m sure he will feel so much better once he gets cleaned up and he will be much more appealing and adoptable.🙏
Hello – I know Wilfred was likely just found but is there anymore information on him? Housetrained? Leash walking? Neutered? I have a Shih Tzu rescue from Alabama and would love to consider adding him to the Family after learning more. Thank you!
