Meet Ulysses, he is around 6 month old who was found emaciated roaming. He is super cuddly, personable and sweet and wants to be a lap dog. He loves his food and cookies and has been seen by a vet and is doing so much better. He seems to do ok with other animals here at the shelter. Is he a rough or a smooth collie? he look like he may have been shaved. It doesn’t take long for one to get matted with all the tick seeds out there . Is he in Norwich or Dayville?
