NECCOG
Animal Services

The NECCOG Animal Services program currently serves 20 towns: Andover, Baltic, Bozrah, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Colchester, Franklin, Griswold, Hampton, Killingly, Lebanon, Lisbon, Mashantucket Tribe, Mohegan Tribe, Norwich, Pomfret, Putnam, Sterling, Sprague, Scotland, Union, Voluntown and Woodstock.

NECCOG animal services is always looking for persons that want to help our program succeed. We try to place every animal and make sure that all needed veterinary care is given our animals. This takes people and money – often more than we have.

Give them a new, warm home they deserve!

We have been able to offer homeless animals a second chance by not only finding homes for more than 13,000 pets since 2003, but also providing nurturing, medical care, training, grooming and other services that have prepared them for life with their new families.

NECCOG strongly encourages everyone to consider adopting an animal from a municipal animal shelter or reputable animal rescue organization. The process of choosing a pet is not something that should be rushed or taken lightly.
