Absolutely unhelpful. I tried to make a report about my dog being attacked by my neighbor’s pitbull and they said they would follow up. Never did. Contacted them, “oh a supervisor will call you back,”. Nope. I keep trying to call back and all I get is machines. Are machines going to help me with settling things? My dog lost her leg because of the neighbor’s negligence and all I want is the vet bills paid back and a copy of the report. I can’t get assistance or a report from your answering machine.
