This adorable little Papillon mix is looking for a patient, loving home to call his own.
Popsicle came to us as a stray, so we don't know much about his past. What we do know is that he's an incredibly sweet little guy who is understandably shy and scared in the shelter environment. With a little time, patience, and kindness, we know his true personality will shine.
