Charlie is a handsome 2-year-old male Yellow Lab who was owner-surrendered to NECCOG and is now looking for his forever home.
Charlie is an intact male with a sweet, friendly personality. He does great in the car and is good with kids and other animals. He already knows some basic commands, including sit, down, and lay down, and is eager to please.
