Meet Blackie, a gentle soul looking for a kind heart. He is a 3 year old male cat who was surrendered by his owner through no fault of his own. He is a shy boy who needs a little time and patience to come out of his hell- but once he feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine. He does well with other animals here at the shelter and would thrive in a calm, understanding home where he can adjust at his own pace. He also has chronically runny eyes due to a non-contagious condition that has been seen by a vet. It is simply who he is and it does not affect his health or happiness.
