Meet Gacy.

Gacy is an approximately 1-year-old intact male who is looking for a patient, understanding person to give him the second chance he deserves.

He was found outside with a broken leg and has likely spent his entire life fending for himself. Despite such a difficult start, Gacy has seen a veterinarian, and his leg is healing well.

Life with people is still new to him. Gacy is very shy, scared, and unsure of human attention, but he has never shown aggression. He simply needs time, patience, and a quiet home where he can continue to recover—both physically and emotionally—and learn that people can be kind.

A calm home with someone willing to let Gacy adjust at his own pace would be ideal. Once he has fully recovered and settled in, he may do well as an indoor/outdoor cat if his future home can provide a safe environment.
