Meet Toffee, he is a 2 year old male terrier mix that was found outside roaming as a stray. He is a very friendly and happy boy and gets very excited. This is a Yorkie and I can not understand why the owner to this boy would not show up. Vets and groomers should be called before he is released to an adopters. Check the lost and found adds. That was how someone found my hound and she was missing over 2 mouths.
